admin The public is invited to enroll in one of two Homeland Security Community Academies. The First academy will be March 24, 2012 at the VU Gibson Center in Fort Branch, IN and the second academy will be March 31, 2012 at Lawrenceville, IL City Hall.
These sessions are designed to raise awareness about timely issues such as weapons of mass destruction, international and domestic terrorism, emergency management and many other interesting topics.
Enrollment in the academy is free and lunch will be provided. Participants are encouraged to attend one of the two sessions. The sessions are scheduled to start at 10 a.m. EST and 9 a.m. CST.
